Next, see if that color is available in the style you want.

What if there is no match to my hair on the color swatch chart?
A: SEND US A SMALL SWATCH
OF YOUR HAIR. Order the closest color that best matches your hair.
Proceed to the "Verify Your Order" page. Print out this
orderform page and send us your hair swatch. DO NOT CLICK THE
SUBMIT BUTTON OR ELSE WE WILL FILL YOU ORDER IMMEDIATELY.

What should I use to wash my wig?
A: Use warm water and REGULAR
shampoo. Shake excess water out. Hang dry or place wig on styrofoam
head.

Can I blow dry the wig or hairpiece?
A: Do NOT use a hairdryer
to dry your wig or hairpiece. The intense heat will straighten
out the curls.
Q:
What is the best way to store my wig?
A: Place your wig onto a
styrofoam head in a dust free environment.

What methods of shipping do you have?
A: We ship with United Parcel
Service (UPS) anywhere in the world so that all orders are tracked
and delivered safely to you. In the UNITED STATES, UPS offers
Standard Ground, 3 Day Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services.
For International customer, UPS offers Standard, Expedited, and
Express services. We will only use the United States Postal Service
(USPS) for P.O. Box delivery with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance
services. It is important to us that your package gets delivered
safely.
